Liquid hyperpolarized 129Xe produced by phase exchange in a convection cell

Journal ArticleWe present a method for the production of liquid hyperpolarized 129Xe that employs spin-exchange optical pumping in the gas phase and subsequent phase exchange with a column of xenon liquid. A convection loop inside the sealed glass cell allows efficient transfer of magnetization between the gas and liquid phases. By condensing to liquid a large fraction of the sample, this scheme permits the polarization of many more 129Xe atoms in a given sealed-cell volume than would otherwise be possible. We have thus far produced a steady-state polarization of 8% in 0.1 mL of liquid with a characteristic rise time of <15 min

Peningkatan Self Esteem Narapidana Wanita Hiv/aids melalui Konseling Kelompok di Lapas Anak Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the self esteem of female inmates with HIV / AIDS before and after being given counseling in group and self esteem enhancement of female inmates with HIV / AIDS. The method used experimental research which analyzed descriptive analytic qualitative. The subjects of the study were 5 person (female inmates) with HIV / AIDS of drug abuse cases. The design of this research is pre-test post-test one group design, done twice before experiment (pre-test) and after experiment (post-test) with one group of subject. This research was conducted by providing counseling in group for 5 times. The results of this study show that there is a tendency to increase self esteem inmates who join the counseling in group although the influence not maximized, because there are still 2 people with high self esteem category. The cause factor was the researchers (group leaders) have not been competent to give counseling in group. Another cause probably of inmates not serious, and counseling in group have a significant positive effect to improve of self esteem female inmates with HIV/AIDS

Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok terhadap Kematangan Emosi Siswa Terisolir di Kelas XI Ak Smk Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru

The tittle of this reaserch is the effect of group counseling services towards student\u27s emotional maturity isolated. The aims of this study were : 1) To know the description of students\u27 emotional maturity isolated before the guidance group services, 2) To know the process of guidance group services towards students\u27 emotional maturity isolated, 3) To know the description of students\u27 emotional maturity isolated after group counseling services, 4) To know the differences of students\u27 emotional maturity isolated before and after giving groups counseling services, and 5) To know the effect of guidance group services towards students\u27 emotional maturity isolated.The subject of this research was twelve isolated students of class XI AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Saturated sampling technique is applied. Based on the result of data processing, the students\u27 emotional maturity isolated before givingguidance group services more than half in middle category and less than half in worse category, whereas after giving guidance group services more than half in the middle category and less than half in better category.From the calculation of t-test, tgreater than ttable (6,97 > 2,074) then the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference of students\u27 emotional maturity isolated before and after givingguidance group services at the level of 5% error. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients and determinant coefficient, then the contribution of guidance group services towards students\u27 emotional maturity isolated is amount to 69% whereas 31% influenced by other factors

Pengaruh Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok terhadap Tingkat Stres Warga Binaan Wanita (Kasus Non Narkoba) di Lapas Anak Pekanbaru

This study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance service on stress levels the female inmates (non drug cases) at pekanbaru children's correctional institution. The research method used in this research pre experimental method using The One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The research wa done twice before the experiment (pre test) and after experiment (post test) with one group of subject. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analytic. Subjects in this study were selected using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method amounting to 7 non-drug users of non-drug cases. This research was conducted by providing group guidance service for 5 meetings. The analysis was used Wilcoxon test. The result showed significant influence of group guidance service to stress levels (Asymp. Sign obtained at 0,043 where 0,043 < 0,05 = signicficant)

This study aims to determine the effect of the increase in emaptistudents in the experimental group. The research method Control Group pre-test-posttest.Subjek in this study were 22 students who have low empathy in class X SMA Negeri12 Pekanbaru.Hasil MIPA research is to test different before and after the implementationof group counseling in the experimental group using the program SPSS formula obtainedresults Wilcoxon Z = -3125 with sig. (2-tailed) of 0002, because sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 then"There are differences in the level of empathy of students before and after the groupcounseling was held in the experimental group". To test the difference in pre-test and posttestin the control group using SPSS formula obtained results Wilcoxon Z = -2679 sig. (2-tailed) 0789 because sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 then "There is no difference in the level ofempathy of students pre-test and post-test in the control group". Then to see the differencesin post test post test experimental group with the control group used formula MannWhitney in SPSS with the result Z = -3983 with results sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. The tittle of this research is the effect of guidance group towards the increasing of leadership of IPM branch. Purpose of this research is: 1. To know the leadership of IPM branch before implementing the guidance group services. 2. To know the process of implementation of guidance group services in order to increase the leadership of IPM branch. 3. To know the leadership of IPM branch after implementing the guidance group services. 4. To know the difference between before and after implementing the guidance group services to the leadership of IPM branch. 5. To know is there any influence in the implementation of the guidance group services to increase the leadership of IPM branch. This research used the quasi experiment method, by using one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this research was members of the IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, about to 30 peoples, by using random sampling techniques. To know the level of students' leaders by using the questionnaires. Analysis of data using statistical techniques percentage, to distinguish the leadership of students' between before and after implementing guidance services group t-test was used obtained tgreater bigger than ttable (10.92> 2.0) to the significant level of 5%. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means that in this research there is a difference to the improvement of the leadership before and after implementing guidance group services. And then from the product moment coefficient r = 0.53 determinant that is r2 = 0.28. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase after the implementation of the guidance group services of the leadership of IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru 2014/2015 period
